Shrimp in September

shrmp

I hope you are getting back in the groove after an unintentional lapse in August. Our September 12th meeting with start us back on the right foot as Kim Hall debuts as host with a delectable sounding tomato, feta and shrimp dish. A staple at my house until I married a non-crustacean eater. So I will be doubling down on the shrimp, and hope you will be there to join me.  I will be leading the discussion of “TransAtlantic” by Cormac McCarthy. Kim is also covering salad so she is asking for bread, appetizers, dessert and, of course, a few libations. Please let us know if you will be able to come and what you will bring by “leaving a comment” below.

I loved Colum MaCann’s TransAtlantic. I am certain that Caroline will lead interesting discussion in Kim Hall’s home. But I will miss all of it, bc I will be on my way to London on the 12th to visit my grandkids in Canterbury and travel to Dublin on our way back home. I will be thinking about you all. Have fun. – Kim
